Do you accept insurance?
We are in-network with United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford insurances. We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies.
How to do your handle out-of-network?
For out-of-network or private pay appointments, an authorized credit card is required to secure the appointment and payments are due in full in the morning of each appointment. Patients are asked to verify their out of network benefits with their insurance before their appointment.
Are invoices provided?
Yes, patients will be given detailed invoices which can be filed with their insurance for reimbursements.
